Based out of Entrepia’s Montreal office, Johanne Sevigny serves as a venture partner of Entrepia. Since January 2008, she has consulted with and participated in Board meetings of Entrepia’s Quebec-based portfolio.

Prior to joining Entrepia, Ms. Sevigny worked as a portfolio manager at Multiple Capital and prior to that as an investment professional at Innovatech Montreal, an early stage venture capital fund based in Montreal, Quebec. Multiple Capital was formed in 2005 to manage the portfolio of Innovatech Montreal which was sold to Coller Capital in a secondary transaction and Ms. Sevigny’s main responsibilities included managing the sales of portfolio companies to generate liquidity. At Innovatech Montreal, Ms. Sevigny had board experience at several technology-based companies in Quebec. Ms. Sevigny’s experience also includes serving as the president of a fast growing RFID gaming start-up for two years. Earlier in her career, she held project management positions for ten years at SNC Lavalin and Dessau-Soprin in Quebec.

Ms. Sevigny holds a bachelor’s degree in Hydraulic Engineering from the École Polytechnique de Montréal and an MBA from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales.
