Ken Yasunaga made a presentation on how to stimulate the venture funding environment in Japan to a study group within the Ministry, who aims to build government policies that can encourage creation of many emerging companies. His fellow presenter was Mr. Masatoshi Go, chairman of Japan Venture Capital Association.
